Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PlainJane purchase. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, you can contact us or follow the directions below within 14 days of the date of purchase to make a refund or exchange.

What You Will Need

Your receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from receiving the returned item. We will issue a refund in the original payment method (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account) minus any shipping or handling charges.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item, please visit @plainJane.com or contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide you with instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order. Please note that you will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

Received Damaged Or Wrong Item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
